Yes. Every crew member is background-checked before they are assigned to a property, and only the crew assigned to your building or home receives access codes or keys.

Yes. We clean private medical practices, dental offices, and therapy clinics using EPA-registered disinfectants and color-coded microfiber to prevent cross-contamination. We do not perform surgical-suite terminal cleaning or biohazard decontamination.

Yes. Leland is on our regular daily routes, so we offer every schedule there, including nightly service and day porters. Jacksonville accounts run on set route days so the same crew services your building on a predictable schedule.

Our office hours are Monday through Saturday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and we are closed Sunday. Your cleaning crew's schedule is set separately during the walkthrough, and most commercial cleaning happens in the evening or early morning so it never interrupts your business.

Security and property protection are handled with strict chain-of-custody protocols. We establish documented key, smart lock, keypad, and alarm procedures during our initial coordination phase. Access credentials and lockbox combinations are restricted exclusively to assigned, uniformed crew leads. When work concludes, doors are secured, alarms are armed according to protocol, and status is logged with date-stamped photographic confirmation.

Yes. We manage both phase 1 rough cleans (trash-out, coarse drywall dust sweep, fixture film removal) and phase 2 final white-glove cleans (window glass scraping, silicone detailing, vent vacuuming, paint splatter removal) so your project is ready for the owner walkthrough.

If a landlord or base housing inspector flags an item that was within our agreed cleaning scope, we send a technician back to fix it at no extra cost. That free re-clean guarantee applies to every move-out cleaning, including military PCS moves.

Yes. Same-day turnaround during the peak 10:00 AM checkout to 3:00 PM check-in window is our specialty. We sync with your Airbnb, VRBO, or PMS calendar, dispatch dedicated crews, restock guest supplies, perform a damage audit with photos, and leave the property guest-ready.
